Yam, pumpkin, chicken breast, goat milk, eggs, oat flour, carob powder, black sesame

 1. Blend the chicken breast, goat milk, oat flour and 2 yolks together.
2. Whip the egg whites and fold them into the batter.
3. Pour the mixture into a piping bag and fill each cup halfway.
4. Preheat the oven to 350°F and bake for 35 minutes. Allow to cool at room temperature.
5. Mix the pumpkin with goat milk and use it to top the cupcakes.
6. Shape the shredded chicken breast and yam mixture into small hats.
7. Use yam and black sesame seeds to create the eyes, and you're done!
